Year 8 maths classes have been taking part in the first St Cenydd Averages classroom Olympics. Pupils had to take part in a variety of events; how many times can they twirl a hula hoop around their waist in 30 seconds,  how quick they could run between two cones, how many basketballs they could shoot in 30 seconds. Pupils will then be using their data to work out their averages and the class averages.
