Thanks to the sponsorship and volunteer work of our local Christian community, students in St Cenydd were given the opportunity to engage with the interactive learning experience that is GSUS Live. GSUS Live helps students explore the themes of fear, rejection and forgiveness through the teachings of Jesus. Bible story animations, contemporary songs plus short films on historical and famous public figures, such as Martin Luther King and Malala Yousafzai, are all used to help students look at real-life issues through a Christian perspective. Our students enjoyed their experience, reporting on how thought provoking the activities were - a great start to the new term!
