You may be aware that Caerphilly County Borough Council is faced with having to make savings in excess of £7.2 million in the next financial year (2018/19) and some of these will impact on directly on schools, the cost of school meals and the provision of school crossing patrols.
A survey is available on the Council’s Website http://www.caerphilly.gov.uk/budgetchallenge and residents are being encouraged to have their say on issues that could affect them. The Consultation and Public Engagement Office have asked us to promote this consultation with parents.
The budget consultation will run until 8th January 2018.
