Last week, Business students who had expressed an interest in a career in Business had the exciting opportunity to welcome Dr Nguyen from the University of Lincoln, who delivered an engaging session on leadership and the evolution of leadership in modern organisations. During the talk, students explored how leadership styles have developed over time and discussed the skills required to lead successfully in today’s business world. The session provided valuable real-world insight and encouraged students to think critically about leadership in practice. All students involved found the experience extremely beneficial, gaining a deeper understanding of the subject as well as an inspiring glimpse into what studying Business at university can offer.
