On Tuesday 4th November, around forty pupils visited the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff Bay to see SIX the musical. The award-winning production reimagines the six wives of Henry VIII as pop stars, each telling her story through a series of powerful songs and witty dialogue.
The pupils were captivated from the start — the music, choreography and lighting created an exciting concert atmosphere that had everyone engaged throughout. The clever mix of history, humour and modern pop culture made the performance both entertaining and thought-provoking.
All pupils represented the school brilliantly, showing exemplary behaviour and enthusiasm from beginning to end. It was a fantastic opportunity to experience live theatre at its best and to see how history can be brought to life in such a creative and contemporary way.
