On Wednesday September 18th, a selection of Key Stage 3 pupils participated in an Army event aimed at improving pupils’ communication and collaboration skills. All pupils were ready for the challenge and played an active role in solving the two problems that were placed before them. The first problem was how to build a wooden tank so that it could hold their weight and shoot sponge balls. The second challenge was to remove a metal barrel from a circle without entering the circle and using just ropes. All thoroughly enjoyed solving the problems (even though no one managed to remove the barrel!) and working together, da iawn pawb!
