St Cenydd hosted its first 'Shwmae Day' on Monday 15th October.  All staff and pupils were encouraged to start every conversation in Welsh and to try and use Welsh whenever they could. The day was a great success and we were delighted with the enthusiasm shown by all members of our school community. Diolch yn fawr  to  members of the 'Clwb Cymraeg' for helping to promote the event  and to Miss S Evans of the Welsh department for the delicious Welsh cakes!  'Da iawn bawb- Rho gynnig arni'. (Well done everyone, give it a go!')
