I hope that you and your loved ones are safe and well.
Following the Welsh Government announcement yesterday and the publication of their updated operational guidance for schools, we are working thorough our plan and risk assessment for the weeks beginning 15 and 22 March.
The Minister has made clear that the focus before Easter will be face to face time in school for Years 11 and 13. We can also plan to have some time with pupils in Years 12 and 10. The Minister also announced yesterday that schools can, in readiness for a full return to school after Easter, offer pupils in Years 7, 8 and 9 check-ins with a focus on their wellbeing.
Our planning for these changes is now underway as we look forward to beginning to welcome our pupils back to school site over the coming weeks.
