Dear Parent/Guardian,
You are invited to attend a Parents’ Evening to be held in person in the Main Hall on Thursday 9 November 2023. You will have the opportunity to discuss your son/daughter’s academic progress with subject teachers at this crucial point in the year. Your son/daughter will arrange appointments with their teachers. Please be aware that without an appointment it is unlikely that you will be able to meet with staff.
Parents’ Evenings are always busy occasions, so I ask that you make every effort to limit your discussion with teachers strictly to the five-minute appointment times. As we have returned to face-to-face meetings this will help teachers to keep to their tight schedule of appointments and reduce waiting times for you. If there is something you would like to discuss at greater length, please contact Mr Owen Head of Year 9, to make alternative arrangements if necessary.
