Dear Year 7 parents and carers
On Thursday 25 September 2025, there will be an optional drop-in chat session for Year 7 parents. This is an opportunity to check in with your child’s form tutor, if you wish to discuss any matters about your child in their first weeks at St Cenydd.
Form Tutors will be available from 4pm until 6pm in the Lower Hall and appointments will be approximately 5/10 minutes depending on demand. If you think you require longer, then please contact the Head of Year to make an alternative date and time.
If you would like to attend, I would be grateful if you would kindly complete the slip at the bottom of the letter and return it to your child’s form tutor as soon as possible. Appointment times will then be arranged via the form tutor for those who wish to attend.
If you have a child in Y11 and are intending to also attend the Y11 Parents Information Evening (5-6pm), please indicate below.
