Message to Y9 parents/guardians

The School Nursing Service will be visiting the school on 18/02/2025 to offer pupils in year 9 the following vaccines:  

Meningitis ACWY and 3 in 1 Teenage Booster (Polio, Diphtheria and Tetanus) immunisations.  

These immunisations protect against debilitating and life-threatening diseases.   

Please ensure you have returned your child’s consent form to the school when you receive the information pack. Alternatively, you can download the Teenage Booster consent form and the Meningitis ACWY consent form  and print off at home.
