Dear Year 11 parents and carers,
On Thursday 26 September 2024 at 5.30pm, we will be holding a Year 11 Information Evening for parents. The meeting will take place in the Main Hall, and will include presentations from Miss Collins, Mrs Thomas and myself.
We will talk through the school year ahead as your child prepares for their GCSE examinations, the support they will receive at school, and the calendar so you know what they will be studying and completing at each stage. Following the presentations there will the opportunity for you to speak to members of staff about the support we will offer your child over the coming year.
We will provide course information and assessment updates and a timeline of important dates for the year ahead. We will also provide information on the systems that you can access to monitor your child’s performance, in such an important year in their education.
