Dear Parent / Carer,
Your child’s latest report is ready to access via our new reporting system – Go 4 Schools. Here are the instructions for accessing the system:
Logging in for the first time
Go to www.go4schools.com and from the Login menu choose Parents login

On the login page, click the First-time User? tab

Use the Email address field to provide your email (this has to match the email address that we hold for you on our records) and click New password:

An email will be sent from GO 4 Schools to the email address you've submitted – it shouldn’t take longer than 5 minutes, please check your Spam and Trash inbox if you’re not seeing this email. In the email, you’ll find a link to set a new password.
Once you have logged in to the Go4Schools website on your browser your child’s report is available to view through the Reports tab on the left-hand side of the page. This will be one of the first times that we have used this system to distribute reports, so please let us know your feedback about the Go 4 Schools system.
Assessment in Year 7&8
All pupils in Years 7&8 are set aspirational Target Thresholds based on their prior attainment and National Test data. These are reviewed annually to ensure they remain challenging and aspirational. There are five Target Thresholds within which pupils can progress. These represent the stages of progression through the Curriculum for St Cenydd.
The five Target Thresholds are: Building - Developing - Securing - Mastering - Excelling. These represent the expectations we have of their progress through the Curriculum for St Cenydd and how effectively they can apply their knowledge, understanding and skills.
