Year 7 pupils recently planted a 'climate change' hedgerow along a section of the school's boundary fence. The pupils planted a native hedgerow mix including Hazel, Hawthorn, Field maple, Blackthorn, Holly, Beech, Birch and Oak. The Caerphilly Council Countryside Rangers were amazed at how quickly the pupils completed the task! We now look forward to seeing the hedgerow grow over the coming year and are busy planning our next project.
