Dear Parent and Carer
I hope that you and your loved ones are safe and well.
Our key priority in all of our planning remains rightly the safety of our pupils and staff and our plans are progressing well. As promised in my letter last week, please click here for a detailed ‘Question and Answer’ document which I hope will cover your immediate questions about our phased return to school from Monday 29 June 2020. As explained last week, you will receive information by text on Monday 22 June 2020 detailing the dates and times of your child’s sessions in school.
As also mentioned last week, if at all possible, please make alternative travel plans to CCBC school buses and taxis. I strongly urge pupils to walk or cycle to school if possible, or to be dropped off at school by their parents rather than use school buses for these four weeks. We have not as yet received exact details from CCBC about their plans for school buses and taxis.
I will be back in touch by the end of next week with final details before the school reopens. You will also receive a video of the school next week showing the changes made to the site and to classrooms.
I hope that you find the ‘Questions and Answers’ document helpful and informative.
Thank you for your continued support and kindness. Please take care and stay safe.
With thanks
Miss Collins
